More than just a word...

 
We have curated a self care community for women because self care and mental health are often ignored and have become secondary to life's responsibilities.  See here's the problem, Selfish needs a new definition. Women we not taught how to love on themselves. For so long women were told that being self was negative trait and in return she created the narrative that others come first, there is no such thing as balance, and mental health is not a priority.

For so long women were told that being selfish was a negative trait and in return women have created the narrative that others come first, there is no such thing as balance, and mental health is not a priority. Women were not taught how to love on themselves.

The truth is, self love is not selfish, it’s self·ISH; that’s being Intentional, Spiritual, and Happy.

Throughout the year we will host curated experiences that allow women to meet and grow in a safe space while deepening her connection to self and her pledge to remain self.ISH.
